Outbound Sales Executive (Lead Generation)

Mediaone are a leading digital marketing agency operating in the India. Clients include large multinational brands to startups, across fashion, home, garden and charities. Providing partner marketing services, our responsibility is to increase traffic and revenue to our clients. Last year, we delivered over 1Cr to our Clients through our services.

Supporting the sales team, your role would be to introduce new business opportunities to the team, by identifying quality businesses to work with that our sales team can convert into new customers.

Mediaone provides a range of affiliate management services to retailers of all sizes across the India and Internationally.

The Role

  • Call prospective customers following call lists provided
  • Cold calling / emailing potential customers
  • Generate appointments for the sales teams from outbound calls and emails
  • Record data onto CRM system
  • Liaise with potential customers through the sales process
  • Explain products, services and prices where required
  • Answer questions from prospects/user customers
  • Control communication for all inbound enquiries
  • Ability to work under pressure against objectives and KPIs
  • Report weekly and monthly with progress and updates to the Director
